The Role

Thomas’s Battersea is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Head of Learning and Enrichment (Kindergarten to Y2) to join our dynamic and forward-thinking prep school. This is a great opportunity for an innovative Head of Learning and Enrichment to join our collaborative community. We are looking for someone who can quickly generate vision, confidence and respect and who is capable of fostering highly positive working relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Closing Date: 3rd June 2026. Applications will be considered upon receipt so early application is encouraged. We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.

Start Date: September 2026. Salary: Competitive salary and conditions are offered. Contract: Full Time, Permanent contract commencing in September 2026. Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday. Location: Thomas’s Battersea, 28-40 Battersea High St, London SW11 3JB.
