We are currently recruiting for a weekend Kitchen Porter to join the team within our state of the art kitchen producing over 1000 top quality meals per day, alongside a varied range of hospitality including Fine Dining. The catering business stretches to include a busy letting period in school holidays incorporating residential courses, conferences, weddings and many other varied events.
The main role of this job is to perform a variety of fetching, carrying and other manual tasks in the kitchen, servery and plate wash areas. Pot washing equipment within the kitchen is the main duty of this role. The successful candidate should ensure that the kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy whilst adhering to Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
The hours of work will be arranged by rota, Saturday and Sunday shifts available (approx. 11.30am – 8pm). A competitive salary is offered plus benefits. Interested parties should have their own transport due to the location of the School.
