Felsted School is seeking an experienced, highly organised and personable Global Administrator to join our expanding Global Education team.

This is a key role within the department, responsible for ensuring that students and families experience a professional, responsive and well‑organised journey from initial enquiry through to arrival and departure.

Working with families, international agents, partner schools and colleagues across Felsted, you will play a central role in the successful delivery of our growing portfolio of international education programmes.

The role combines admissions, customer service, administration, international relationships and programme coordination , making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also having a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

You will be a key point of contact for parents, international agents, partner schools and students, building strong relationships and ensuring that enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

You will also work closely with academic, operational and pastoral colleagues to ensure that the right information is available at the right time to support excellent programme delivery.

During the Summer School, you will play a particularly important role in coordinating student registrations, arrivals and departures, managing the Global Education office and providing administrative support to the wider team.
