Felsted School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Global Education Apprentice to join our growing Global Education team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in international education, working with young people, pastoral care, residential programmes and event or programme operations.

The role will provide structured experience and development across Felsted's Global Education programmes, including the Felsted International Summer School, LEAP, Round Square exchanges and other international programmes and events.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues across academic, operational and pastoral teams, gaining practical skills while contributing to the safe, welcoming and successful experience of students from around the world.

Previous experience of working with children, young people, education, camps, sport, hospitality, events or international groups would be helpful, but enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience.
