The successful candidate will lead a nursery room on a daily basis, ensuring the highest standards of care, education and wellbeing for all students within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). They will have a good understanding of Early Years Government Funding and assist with its administration.
The Nursery Leader will provide inspiring leadership for their room team, create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, and ensure that every student is supported to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. They will be a collaborative team player who values partnership with parents, colleagues and external professionals to deliver outstanding early years provision in line with the School's ethos and values.
This is a Full-Time role throughout the year.
St Mary’s recently announced that we would open our doors to boys in all Prep School years as well as Years 7 & 12 in September 2027. This will be a phased transition to be fully co-educational by 2031.
