We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and forward-thinking Outdoor Education Leader to deliver a high-quality outdoor learning provision. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire our pupils through meaningful outdoor experiences. The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a dynamic outdoor curriculum, ensuring it is inclusive, safe and aligned with our wider educational aims.
This is a part-time role equivalent to 0.60 – 0.65 FTE, initially for a fixed term contract for the academic year. You will be welcomed onto an enthusiastic, collaborative and dynamic team who are committed to ensuring that our pupils are provided with a stimulating education in a rounded nurturing environment.
St Hugh’s is a highly regarded co-educational day and boarding school, situated on a beautiful green campus of 40 acres in the South Oxfordshire countryside, only 25 minutes from Central Oxford. In June 2025, the Headmaster and Governors announced that St Hugh’s would be opening a Senior School in September 2026. It is a very exciting time to be joining St Hugh’s.
