We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our school as Admissions Registrar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a school or a demanding customer service environment, and will possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.

As the first point of contact for prospective parents, you must represent the school in a manner that best reflects the unique strengths and ethos of the school. To do this you will possess excellent communication skills and be warm, personable, understanding, courteous, and well-presented. The highest written communication skills are required, as you will be responsible for writing with clarity and accuracy. You must also have an excellent telephone manner and be organised and efficient. You will be a great team player, who is calm, resilient and reliable and keen to be involved in school life. Effective time management and strong proficiency in Office software and data management systems (ideally, ISAMS and METIS) are desirable.

Customer service is at the forefront, and you will play a vital role in maintaining a smooth and seamless journey for prospective families into our school. The role is full time working Monday to Friday with some flexibility required for events that fall outside these hours.
