Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant at Ewell Castle School, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils’ learning needs. This role involves assisting individual students or small groups, helping them access the curriculum effectively and fostering their confidence and independence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in working with children of varying ages and abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, andunderstanding towards learners with diverse needs
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while being proactive in offeringsupport
