Arnold House was founded in 1905 in St John’s Wood. It is an independent preparatory school located in London, NW8, for boys from 3 to 13, and a member of IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools). In November we will become part of the St Paul’s Group, a family of leading preparatory schools brought together by a shared commitment to educational excellence. In our recent ISI inspection it was reported that pupils’ academic achievement and personal development are both excellent.
We are looking for an Estates & Facilities Manager who relishes the challenges and opportunities that a multi-site school presents and who is experienced at managing risk and health and safety, as well as line managing a team and project managing development works from beginning to end.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and development of the facilities and estate over our three sites, two in London NW8 and our Activities Centre in Edgware, as well as the day-to-day operational management and security of the school sites.
