ESMS is currently recruiting for an Estates Admin Officer to join the Estates and Facilities Department on a full-time, fixed-term basis from August 2025 to August 2026. The role offers a salary of £26,620 per annum and a working week of 39 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, including 45 minutes unpaid lunch.
The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support, responding to emails and calls, maintaining filing systems and databases, and managing shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in building professional relationships, strong organizational and planning skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
