This is an interesting and varied role with the opportunity to work across the full range of the School’s activities, to influence policy development and drive improvement. The role involves responsibility, through the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance, for ensuring that the School complies with the full range of legislation and regulatory requirements affecting independent schools.
The Compliance Officer supports senior leaders on a broad range of issues (related to the Independent School Standards Regulation, Health and Safety, GDPR, copyright etc.) and plays a key role in strengthening the culture of continual improvement.

This is a full-time, year-round role. The post is 35 hours per week during term time, with an hour unpaid lunch break each day. Possibility of reduced hours during school holiday periods will be considered, and salary will be pro rata to reflect any reduction in hours. Flexibility in hours will be required on occasion to meet the demands of the post.
