We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance & Quality Officer to ensure our school consistently meets regulatory standards and remains inspection-ready at all times. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will help maintain robust policies, strong operational practices, and a culture of excellence across the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on regulatory compliance, ensuring policies and procedures meet Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) requirements.
  • Develop and implement an annual Compliance Plan, including regular monitoring and audit activity.
  • Maintain the school's readiness for inspection through accurate records, policy oversight and staff awareness.
  • Oversee UKVI compliance, working with admissions and boarding teams to ensure accurate visa documentation and monitoring.
  • Act as Deputy Data Protection Manager, supporting GDPR compliance, managing data processes, and handling Subject Access Requests.
  • Support Health & Safety compliance in partnership with the Estates and Facilities Manager, ensuring policies, training records and safety audits are up to date.
  • Maintain central records for policies, licences, contracts and insurance, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
