Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education. We have a co‑educational community of over 500 students aged from 6‑18, who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will be a creative and inspiring librarian who is passionate about working with students who are eager to learn and challenge themselves.
  • The learning resources manager will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the library ensuring the resources are fit for the digital age.
  • You will have experience of managing and developing learning resources, preferably within a school setting.
  • Additional responsibilities and remuneration are available for suitably qualified candidates.

Job Details

  • Part‑time permanent post starting from August 2026.
  • The role offers flexibility in working hours, with the timetable to be agreed in discussion with the successful candidate to meet the needs of the school.
