We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our outstanding school community, where staff inspire pupils from Nursery through to Senior School to achieve their full potential. At Babington House, we pride ourselves on providing a first‑class education and exceptional support for every child.
We are seeking an outstanding Data & Examinations Officer to start in September 2026 on a part‑time, term‑time contract. Working with the academic team, you will provide high‑quality data and examinations administration. You will be highly organised, an effective communicator and a committed team player.
You will have proven experience supporting the delivery of examinations within a school or college, and confidence using iSAMS to maintain accurate pupil records and produce reports. You will bring excellent attention to detail, a calm approach under pressure and a clear understanding of confidentiality and deadlines.
The position will be a part‑time post, working 08.00 am to 16.00 pm, 3 days per week, term‑time plus 4 additional weeks per year. The hours of work include a 1 hour paid lunch break. A free lunch is provided to all staff, along with access to excellent employee assistance programmes and parking at our nearby sports facility.
