Position: Prep School Administrator
Location: On site, Westbury-on-Trym BS9 3BA
Hours: Working hours are 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) during term time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
- Produce and distribute the weekly Prep School newsletter and other communications.
- Manage extracurricular club administration.
- Support pupil welfare throughout the school day.
- Oversee afternoon attendance and after-school provision processes.
To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following:
- Experience working in an administrative role.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Experience of dealing with parents, pupils or customers in a front facing role.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
