Overview
Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will engage the large‑scale voluntary service of Alumni in support of the careers and enrichment activities offered to pupils across the Bolton School Foundation by both its Development and Futures Teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing and stewarding positive relationships with volunteers and stakeholders
- Planning and delivering events
- Communicating enthusiastically with students, teachers, and a wide range of audiences
- Maintaining excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail
- Working flexibly with various teams and stakeholders to meet shared objectives of the Development and Futures Teams
- Performing additional duties as required by the department

- Proven experience in developing and stewarding positive relationships with volunteers and stakeholders
