Employment Details: 35 hours per week, term time only plus 11 days. £29,090 to £32,440 per annum inclusive (FTE £35,310 to £39,380 pa). Required September 2026.
Overview: We are seeking an experienced administrative Examinations Administration Officer to provide support within our Examinations Department. The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of MS Office programmes and databases. They will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage their time effectively. A sense of humour, accuracy, enthusiasm, flexibility, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Attend during results weeks and three INSET days.
- Provide support during exam periods with flexibility for early starts/late finishes as required.
- Accrue TOIL for hours worked outside of the job role.
- Manage duties during periods of intense activity, such as the six weeks of public summer examinations, the January mock examinations and internal assessments during the summer term.
Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office programmes and databases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
