The Junior School is currently recruiting for the position of After School and Holiday Club Team Leader to join the ePlus department on a permanent basis . The roles are available immediately, subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. Hours of work are from 1.30pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday during term time , and on a rota basis (26.25 hours) during holiday periods, with some flexibility required.

The salary range is on the ESMS Support Staff Scale, points 21–24, equivalent to £17,879 to £19,449 (pro-rated per annum). Remuneration depends on skills and experience.

The purpose of the role is to effectively lead daily service provision with the Practitioner team , in consultation with the Deputy Manager and Manager at Ravelston. Key duties include managing room teams, ensuring high-quality care, leading activities, supervising practitioners, and overseeing children during outings.

The ideal candidate will be kind, enthusiastic, responsible , with experience working with children, a recognized childcare qualification, and strong organizational skills.
