The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key hands-on role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. This position ensures the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and responsive housekeeping service across the College. The department operates seven days a week, year-round, providing essential services to both the College community and its external commitments.

The role involves supervising and supporting a designated housekeeping team to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with set schedules and procedures. Key duties include:

  • Assisting the Housekeeping Manager with meetings, staff inductions, and return-to-work interviews
  • Providing one-to-one training
  • Conducting monthly cleaning audits
  • Giving feedback to staff
  • Upholding health, safety, and security standards
  • Assisting with events, lettings, and internal moves
  • Effective communication with management and other departments
  • Resolving staff issues
  • Logging maintenance requests
  • Tracking jobs scheduled for completion during school holidays

This is an all year position working 10 hours over Saturday and Sunday 7.30am - 12.30pm. We reserve the right to consider applications as they arrive.
