The Independent Schools Council is seeking an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to lead the Lodge and security teams during evening and night shifts, ensuring safe, professional operations across the College site.
As the senior on shift, you will oversee incident response, supervise staff, coordinate rotas and handovers, and support colleague development through guidance and feedback, with hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 18:30 to 22:30 and alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
