Ensure all activities are planned within budget and reviewed and adjusted based on department performance and volume changes. Skilfully motivate your team to manage complex warehouse processes across a diverse range of SKUs, with a focus on ‘right first time’ quality standards. Support operational strategy, identifying areas to improve efficiency and taking action. To excel in this role, candidates should possess: Proven experience in operations management within the warehouse & logistics sector, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational and planning abilities to ensure efficient and effective operations. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions to optimise performance.
