This amazing business are looking for someone who loves helping out, is great with customers and wants to start their career in sales to work within their sales team. You will be working in a fun but-hardworking environment where everyone gets on and pulls together to get things done, you will ideally have a love of technology and desire to learn the ropes and ambition to move up within the business Things you’ll be doing * Handle customers’ needs in all aspects. * Pulling quotes together for b2c customers. * Answering phone calls and diverting where necessary. * Responding to both positive and negative feedback reviews. * Main point of contact for the trade counter. * Customer collections / returns. * Solving customer delivery issues. * Voicing ideas on customer success improvements. * Get quotes checked by technical when needed. * Arrange international shipments (Quotes & booking) * The business may require a need to further support account managers, processing POs, creating quotes. * Giving excellent customer service 100% of the time. * Escalate complaints to senior managers. Skills Needed * 1+ years in a customer facing or administration role. * Well organised with a great attention to detail. * Great with customers, handling all enquiries with a positive attitude and sharing valuable customer feedback with the relevant teams. * High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability. * Someone who can prioritise and is well organised
