You will be working in a fun but-hardworking environment where everyone gets on and pulls together to get things done, you will ideally have a love of technology and desire to learn the ropes and ambition to move up within the business Things you’ll be doing * Handle customers’ needs in all aspects. * Pulling quotes together for b2c customers. * Answering phone calls and diverting where necessary. * Responding to both positive and negative feedback reviews. * Main point of contact for the trade counter. * Customer collections / returns. * Solving customer delivery issues. * Voicing ideas on customer success improvements. * Get quotes checked by technical when needed. * Arrange international shipments (Quotes & booking) * The business may require a need to further support account managers, processing POs, creating quotes. * Giving excellent customer service 100% of the time. * Escalate complaints to senior managers.
