They’ve been operating for close to 10 years and, with their strong clinical foundation and regulated healthcare expertise, they’re on a mission to improve access to safe, trusted medicines while tackling misinformation and illegitimate products online. What you’ll be doingAs Product Owner, you’ll own execution of the product backlog across all customer‑facing journeys, including landing pages, consultation flows, checkout, subscription management, and ongoing patient engagement. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, as well as cross‑functional teams across Development, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations, to deliver high‑performing, compliant digital experiences that drive acquisition, retention, and subscription growth. A key part of the role will be improving conversion funnels and identifying friction points across the customer journey. You’ll use behavioural insights and analytics tools to inform prioritisation, run structured experiments, and continuously optimise the end‑to‑end user experience. Day to day, you’ll be writing user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with development partners through sprint planning and delivery, and supporting QA to ensure features are delivered to a high standard. You’ll also help define success metrics for new features and track performance post‑launch. A strong focus of the role is balancing commercial optimisation with clinical and regulatory requirements, ensuring all customer journeys remain safe, compliant, and patient focused.
