The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced recruiters who are open to switching markets for an opportunity to join high performing, well established and connected teams. All live opportunities offer a warm desk, opportunities to work on live roles and work in an environment that's fully solutions focused with clients. You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving performance through energy, accountability, and initiative.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Lead and contribute confidently in client meetings
  • Build and grow your own client base, leveraging existing relationships
  • New business development and nurturing existing relationships
  • Conduct targeted market mapping and proactive headhunting
  • Generate leads through strategic networking and outreach
  • Drive business development with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Communicate with clarity, credibility, and enthusiasm at all levels

About You

  • Proven experience in a 360 contract recruitment role
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience on a contract desk
  • Strong communicator with a consultative approach
  • Commercially driven, ambitious, and motivated by success
  • Thrives in a high-performance, people-first culture
  • Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive in identifying opportunities
