What will you be responsible for? We’ve achieved strong growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, and we’re just getting started. As our business continues to evolve, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trusted Personal Assistant to support two key members of our Executive Leadership Team: our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief People Officer (CPO) and our Executive Assistant.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, high-growth business and will play a critical role in ensuring both executives are organised, prioritised, and able to operate effectively across multiple brands and stakeholders. You’ll be a true right-hand support, helping manage busy schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Your headline responsibilities will be:

  • Diary Management
  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CFO, CPO and EA.
  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
  • Schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and business functions.
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries where required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Stakeholder Coordination.
