What will you be responsible for?
We’ve achieved strong growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions and we’re just getting started. As a result, we’re investing in our People and Culture Team (PACT) to push the boundaries of what great HR looks like. Our focus is simple: enabling our people to build extraordinary careers while driving exceptional business performance. We have solid foundations in place, but this role is an opportunity to elevate our People offering from good to truly industry-leading.
Your headline responsibilities will be:
- Culture & Employee Experience
- Partner with leaders to shape and embed a high-performance, values-led culture across the group
- Evolve the employee experience end-to-end, ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint
- Own our Listening and Action, using engagement data and insight to identify opportunities and deliver targeted cultural interventions
- Support leaders to role-model behaviours that drive inclusion, accountability, and high standards
- Performance
- Drive a consistent, high-impact approach to performance management across the business
- Coach leaders to set clear expectations, give meaningful feedback, and manage underperformance effectively
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development conversations
- Embed a culture of accountability, where high performance is recognised and underperformance is addressed
- Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, aligning people strategy to business goals
- Influence and challenge constructively to improve organisational effectiveness and team performance
- Support organisational design and workforce planning in line with growth ambitions
- Partner with leaders through change, ensuring engagement and performance are maintained
- Provide expert support across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead on complex employee relations cases with confidence and sound judgement
- Ensure policies and practices are fit for purpose, commercially aligned, and compliant
- Support integration of acquired businesses, ensuring cultural alignment and consistency
- Use people data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Track key metrics (engagement, attrition, performance) and translate into actionable insight
- Continuously review and improve people processes to enhance effectiveness and experience
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Strong generalist HR foundation, including employee relations and employment law
- Demonstrated experience shaping culture and driving performance management frameworks
- Confident coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
