Your Team
The Credit Control Team consists of 2 teams, one working direct accounts and the other working specialised accounts such as US, RPO, Definia, Bio Talent and our BV ledger. Within the team there are two team leads, one per collections team. There are a total of 7 including team leads within the team. This also includes a junior credit controller who helps with remittances, general inbox and some RPO reconciliation work.
