This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Contract/Interim Recruitment Consultant to join an established team in the Investigo brand. This is an opportunity to join one of our top performing teams in the UK business and are looking for well connected and established 360 recruiter to join. You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving performance through energy, accountability, and initiative.

Key responsibilities:
  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality contract candidates
  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Lead and contribute confidently in client meetings
  • Build and grow your own client base, leveraging existing relationships
  • Conduct targeted market mapping and proactive headhunting
  • Generate leads through strategic networking and outreach
  • Drive business development with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Communicate with clarity, credibility, and enthusiasm at all levels
About You:
  • Background in technology or transformation recruitment is beneficial
  • Strong communicator with a consultative approach - solution selling mindset
  • Commercially driven, ambitious, and motivated by success
