Each business is a leader in its’ field – Investigo in Recruitment, Definia in Consultancy, Caraffi in Talent Solutions, InX in Executive Search, BioTalent in Life Sciences Recruitment, and Sigma Labs in Graduate Train-to- Deploy Software and Data solutions. Our Group is growing and evolving, and we see our Communities as a huge part of our next steps as a group. The role of the Community Manager is to grow our Communities, deliver our event calendar, increase community engagement and deliver positive social impact. You in this role you will have responsibility for the growth and engagement of four existing Communities. These Communities form networks for our Groups candidates and clients and will play a key part in the strategic growth and direction of our Group in 2025 and beyond. You will act as the voice of the communities across various social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels. Your role will involve creating engaging content, hosting events, collaborating with the sales team on customer inquiries, securing community sponsorship, fostering meaningful conversations, and increasing brand awareness. Requirements : The ideal candidate will have proven experience in growing communities that face externally to the current or previous businesses they have worked in. You will be a highly motivated, creative, and data-driven individual with a passion for community engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) in community management, social media management, or digital marketing. Experience and willingness to be hands on with content creation across social media, podcasts and other online platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to maintain consistency across platforms. Knowledge of online marketing strategies, trends, and tools. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Passionate about building and nurturing communities. Responsibilities: Content Creation : Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including research papers, social media updates, and community newsletters. Podcast Creation : Support the Community Leads and Directors to host and promote regular podcast series Outcomes: Positive Social Impact of events held, 30% growth in communities by 2027, delivery of a targeted number podcasts and events per year. Strategy Development : Collaborate with Community Director to design and implement community engagement strategies that align with overall revenue goals Community Engagement : Actively manage and engage with our online communities across social platforms and our CRM Analytics & Reporting : Monitor community engagement metrics, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback. Through this you will prove the ROI of the communities you are managing Event Management : Plan and execute virtual and physical community events, webinars, or meetups to deepen community relationships.
