This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Contract/Interim Recruitment Consultant to join an established team in the Investigo brand. Banking & Financial services were one of our top performing teams in the UK business and are looking for well connected and established 360 recruiter to join.

You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving performance through energy, accountability, and initiative.

  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality contract candidates
  • Generate leads through strategic networking and outreach
  • Proven experience in a 360 contract recruitment role
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience on a contract desk
  • Background in technology or transformation recruitment is beneficial
  • Thrives in a high-performance, people-first culture
