What will you be responsible for?

We’ve achieved strong growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, and we’re just getting started. As our business continues to evolve, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trusted Personal Assistant to support two key members of our Executive Leadership Team: our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief People Officer (CPO) and our Executive Assistant.

Reporting into our Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team, this role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, high-growth business and will play a critical role in ensuring both executives are organised, prioritised, and able to operate effectively across multiple brands and stakeholders.

You’ll be a true right-hand support, helping manage busy schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Your headline responsibilities will be:

  • Diary Management
    • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CFO, CPO and EA.
    • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated
    • Schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and business functions
    • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues before they arise
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries where required
    • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
    • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Build strong relationships across the business and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
    • Support communication flow between leadership teams, departments, and external partners
    • Ensure follow-ups and actions from meetings are tracked and completed
  • Events & Team Coordination
    • Support the planning and coordination of leadership meetings, team events, offsites, and internal people initiatives
    • Assist with logistics for company events, workshops, and culture activities
    • Coordinate venues, catering, travel, materials, and attendee communications
    • Help create a seamless and professional experience for internal and external events
  • Organisation & Operational Support
    • Support with document management, reporting, and general administration
    • Help manage priorities and deadlines across a busy executive workload
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled sensitively and confidentially
    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working

  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
