Our Cardiff-based implant team works closely with a major UK high street fashion retailer, delivering impactful campaigns across print and in-store environments. We’re looking for a talented Middleweight Print Designer to join our team. This is a print-led role with a strong focus on POS, window graphics, in-store communications and campaign collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for layout, typography and brand storytelling, alongside excellent technical print knowledge and experience working within a fast-paced studio environment. You will play a key role in bringing seasonal campaigns and retail communications to life across physical touchpoints, ensuring all creative is visually engaging, on-brand and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality print collateral including POS, window graphics, in-store signage, campaign assets and out-of-home advertising.
- Ensure all artwork is accurate, production-ready and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create visually engaging layouts that drive customer engagement and elevate the in-store experience.
- Support the rollout of seasonal and promotional retail campaigns.
- Work with photography, typography, colour and layout systems to create cohesive brand communications.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all creative output.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, VM, retail and photography teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to campaign and production challenges.
- Maintain organised file structures, templates and asset libraries.
- Stay up to date with trends across fashion, retail and design.
- Bring fresh creative thinking while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
- Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of detail, accuracy and craft.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print, POS and campaign design.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
