About the Role: We're searching for a confident, tech-savvy and customer-focused Switchboard Coordinator. You'll be the voice of the hotel—connecting calls, assisting guests and ensuring our communication channels run effortlessly around the clock.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate the NEC Business ConneCT system, IP phones and PA systems with speed and accuracy.
- Handle calls professionally, providing clear information or directing callers to the right departments.
- Monitor system performance, report faults and follow procedures for emergency and priority calls.
- Manage wake-up calls, guest messages and call logging across systems including Opera and Telecom Eye.
