About Us: This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar – this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role: We're looking for a calm, confident and service-led Security Team Member to help create a safe, welcoming and smoothly run guest environment, with a strong focus on our vibrant rooftop bar. You'll balance visible reassurance with discreet professionalism, supporting great guest flow, responsible service and positive experiences at every touchpoint.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain a calm, reassuring and professional presence across our guest-facing areas
- Manage rooftop bar access, queues and guest flow, ensuring capacity limits are respected
- Support responsible alcohol service and welfare monitoring, escalating concerns to management when appropriate
- Respond promptly to incidents, guest concerns, lost property and welfare situations with empathy and sound judgement
- Carry out patrols, CCTV monitoring and other security duties as required
