40 Hours (5 Days out of 7 days weekly rota)

About the Role: We're looking for a detail-driven, hardworking Room Attendant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the wider housekeeping team in creating a comfortable stay for every guest.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and amenities.
- Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures, completing every task to a consistent standard.
- Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning, curtain cleaning and deep-clean duties.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and log all defects correctly.
