Location: The Imperial Torquay is a magnificent 19th Century 152‑bedroom Victorian four‑star hotel with breath‑taking sea views, plus a host of leisure facilities. It is a short walk from the main train station and town centre, and offers staff car parking and free use of the hotel’s gym and swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make sure guests have a great welcome, advise on local hot spots, or just have a chat.
  • Ensure luggage is carefully and safely transported to and from rooms.
  • Build friendships with colleagues and foster close relationships across all teams.
  • Create memorable experiences for all guests.
  • Support other departments from time to time, helping each other across teams.
