Location: The Imperial Torquay is a magnificent 19th Century 152‑bedroom Victorian four‑star hotel, with breathtaking sea views and a host of leisure facilities. It is a short walk from the main train station and town centre, with on‑site staff parking and free use of the gym and swimming pools.

Key responsibilities:- Sharpen your knife skills, cooking with the finest ingredients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date allergen training and write the allergen matrix with the Head Chef.
- Keep the kitchen clean and label food appropriately.
- Share knowledge with Junior Sous, CDP, KP and Commis staff.
- Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Stay on top of ordering via Procure Wizard.
