About the Role: As Restaurant Manager for ‘Project A’, you will be at the heart of one of The Imperial’s flagship dining experiences — shaping a modern, relaxed and premium service that feels elevated without ever becoming formal. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility leadership role where you set the tone for the rhythm, energy and personality of the restaurant. From orchestrating a seamless service flow to ensuring the venue feels vibrant, polished and guest‑ready at all times, you’ll be the driving force behind an experience that guests want to return to again and again.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver polished, modern service without formality
- Coach and develop a confident, guest‑focused team with a strong sense of service identity
- Manage reservations, door control and pacing
- Lead daily operations, shift plans and team briefings
- Be the voice of the menu with strong food & beverage knowledge
- Partner with kitchen and bar on pairings and specials
- Drive GP, labour planning, stock and waste control
- Ensure safety, allergen management and licensing compliance
- Support brand, marketing and social‑first moments
- Monitor guest feedback across online platforms and react with timely, thoughtful solutions that reinforce our service standards
Who You Are:
- Experienced leader in premium restaurants/lifestyle venues
- Strong service choreography and floor presence
