Hours: 40 hours (5 of 7 days weekly rota)

About Us: This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About The Role: We’re looking for a proactive, organised Bar Back to support our rooftop bar team. You’ll ensure the bar runs smoothly by keeping it stocked, clean and ready for high‑quality service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keep the bar stocked with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice and glassware.
  • Refill fridges, rotate stock and support stock management.
  • Clean, polish and organise glassware and bar tools.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards across bar and back‑bar areas.
  • Assist bartenders by anticipating needs during peak service.
  • Support setup and close‑down procedures each shift.

Who You Are:

  • Hospitality experience, ideally in bars or restaurants.
  • Strong organisational skills and CEFR B2 English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with great attention to detail.
  • Bonus: knowledge of bar ingredients, stock rotation or cocktail preparation.
