The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for the President Hotel in central London. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading the kitchen brigade, ensuring the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to the highest standards, aligned with our restaurant and hotel menus.
You’ll help manage stock, maintain food safety and hygiene, train junior staff, and contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our London property.
