President Hotel in London is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes, support kitchen operations, and ensure food safety and hygiene.
You will guide Commis/Breakfast Chefs and Kitchen Porters, and help minimise waste while maintaining high standards. The role operates a 40-hour weekly rota (5 out of 7 days) in a bustling kitchen at the heart of Bloomsbury, opposite Russell Square Gardens, with opportunities for progression
