This summer, we opened the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a warm, energeticBreakfast Host to help deliver a smooth, welcoming start to the day for our guests. You’ll support service across Arcus ensuring guests enjoy friendly, efficient and consistent hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take orders, serve guests and provide helpful information about our breakfast offering.
- Clear, clean and reset tables and service areas.
- Replenish food and beverage displays and maintain presentation standards.
- Handle cash and follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
- Follow company health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Who You Are:
- Confident in face‑to‑face customer service.
- Strong communication skills and able to work at CEFR B1 English level.
- Bonus: barista, waiting or hospitality experience, cash‑handling skills, Food Hygiene Level 2.
