You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes.
What you will be doing
- Running a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Ensuring food hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Monitoring portion control and minimising food waste
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff where required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
