With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident, decisive and unflappable Night Manager to take full ownership of the hotel overnight. You’ll be the senior leader on duty — keeping guests safe, standards high and operations running smoothly while the city sleeps.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take full responsibility for hotel operations during the night
  • Lead the night team, setting clear expectations and maintaining service standards
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures and service recovery with confidence
  • Oversee safety, security, fire checks and incident management
  • Act as the main decision-maker during emergencies and liaise with emergency services when required
  • Complete night audits, reports and handovers accurately and on time
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the building is secure and guest-ready
  • Support departments with overnight guest requests and operational needs
  • Prepare the hotel for a smooth transition into the morning operation

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in hotel or hospitality operations, ideally in a night leadership role
  • Calm under pressure with strong decision-making skills
  • Confident handling incidents, complaints and emergencies
  • Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using PMS systems and MS Office
