About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, hardworking Room Attendant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the wider housekeeping team in creating a comfortable stay for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and amenities.
- Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures, completing every task to a consistent standard.
- Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning, curtain cleaning and deep-clean duties.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and log all defects correctly.
- Handle guest laundry, lost property and room supplies in line with procedures.
- Fulfil guest requests politely, professionally and promptly.
- Maintain your service area, equipment and trolley to required standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene and manual-handling procedures.
Who You Are:
- Experience in cleaning roles (domestic, industrial or hotel).
- Able to communicate in English at CEFR A1 level.
- High attention to detail, positive attitude and pride in personal presentation.
- Bonus: customer service experience, COSHH or Health & Safety awareness.
