With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role:
We’re looking for friendly, adaptable Food & Beverage Assistants to support service across restaurants and bars. You’ll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs.
- Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries.
- Clear and clean service areas and assist with events setup.
- Handle cash and operate tills accurately.
Who You Are:
- Customer-focused with good face-to-face service skills.
- Confident communicator with good spoken English.
- Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
