The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant operation, delivering high service standards while driving revenue, team engagement, and operational excellence. You will work closely with the wider hotel management team to create memorable guest experiences and maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team on a daily basis
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and labour costs effectively
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Drive sales and maximise profitability through excellent operational control

- Monitor stock control, ordering, and wastage
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel teams
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere
