Requirements: The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
  • Ensuring a high degree of guest care, whilst consistently aiming by set criteria to meet the Financial and Business objectives.
  • To act on behalf of the General Manager in their absence.
  • To carry out quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional manner.
  • Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations are adhered to; this will involve action and appropriate training.
  • To carry out the departmental welcome induction to the set company standard.
  • Complete performance reviews in line with Company policy and ensure agreed objectives are set.
