Requirements: As a Front Office Manager you will be expected to:
- Ensure that highest levels of customer service are delivered to our guests.
- Understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking the role.
- Ensure that a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
- Ensure co-operation and compliance with all legislation relevant to your role in the business.
- Ensure that Learning and Development is undertaken to enable you to fulfil your job role.
The ideal person will have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively.
- Ensure all staff are fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel.
- Co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request.
- Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and manned at all times.
- Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area.
- You and your team will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company standards.
