Requirements

  • The ideal person will have some experience of being in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

Duties will include

  • To ensure all food is served to the required Company standard.
  • To aid the Head Chef in implementing new menus.
  • To comply with all regulations as stated in the Company policies.
  • To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
  • To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
